Processing Time: Once your payment is received, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process typically takes 1–4 business days to ensure your product meets our high standards.
Shipping Time: Shipping time refers to the period it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your destination. On average, this process takes 10–15 business days, though actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier services.
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment anytime. While most of our shipping partners offer tracking services, there may be instances where tracking is not available.
